- lemon
- lemongrass
- tangerine, and
- eucalyptus
This short list of terrific essential oils that won't leave you smelling like a rose. But, adding them to the carrier oil during a therapy will add the benefits of the oil, too.

Now, it's Your Turn!
Put them in your bath for a healing soak; roll into a compress for headache relief or for muscle aches and pains; add to sink or bowl of hot water, then inhale with towel covering the back of your head and perimeter of the bowl/sink. You may also add to a handkerchief or tissue to carry around for cold or headache relief. Drops on your pillow can usher in a decent night's sleep.
Versatile and effective, essential oils can help you achieve optimum health!
